BEGINNER RECREATIONAL POM 6-9 YEARS
Pom is a fantastic, fast paced, disciplined and exciting genre of dance. Students learn to dance with poms in hand to technique-based motions and movements to create everlasting performance and pictures in their routines. No experience is required at all, our fantastic coach will have your student leaping, jumping, pom throwing and spinning in no time!
INTERMEDIATE RECREATIONAL POM 10+ YEARS

TINY JAZZ & POM COMPETITION TEAM 2-5 YEARS
Our Tiny Jazz & Pom Dance Team is a competitive team for young dancers, combining jazz technique with high-energy pom routines. Focused on skill, teamwork, and confidence, this team prepares dancers for the excitement of competition in a fun and supportive environment.
YOUTH POM COMPETITION 6-12 YEARS
Our Youth Pom Competition team is a high-energy performance group for dancers aged 6-12, combining sharp motions, dynamic formations, and precise technique. This competitive team focuses on building strength, flexibility, and synchronisation while mastering the fundamental of pom. With an emphasis on performance quality and teamwork, dancers develop confidence and stage presence as they prepare for competitions.
JUNIOR POM COMPETITION TEAM 8-16 YEARS
Our Junior Pom Competition team is a dynamic and fast-paced group for dancers aged 8-16, designed for those ready to take their skills to the next level. This team builds on the foundations of pom technique, focusing on sharper motions, stronger execution, and advanced formations. With an emphasis on precision, strength, and performance quality, dancers refine their technique while developing confidence, teamwork, and stage presence for competition.
SENIOR INTERMEDIATE POM COMPETITION TEAM 18 YEARS AND UNDER

Pom is challenging, rewarding and a refreshing uptake to a fusion of jazz, contemporary and ballet dance styles.
ADULT POM COMPETITION TEAM 18+ YEARS
Our Adult All-Star Pom team is a competitive team that competes in the All-Star world of dance. This team focusses on building on and refining further, the foundations and technique required for the pom style of dance. As our athletes continue to progress in their age groups in our program, we increase our focus on building their drive to improve and grow.

Our Open All-Star Pom team is a competitive team that competes in the All-Star world of dance. This team focusses on building on and refining further, the foundations and technique required for the pom style of dance. As our athletes continue to progress in their age groups in our program, we increase our focus on building their drive to improve and grow.
